Why HS is commercially important
Hidradenitis suppurativa affects approximately 1% of the global population and is significantly underdiagnosed. The disease burden is high — chronic pain, recurrent abscesses, and significant quality-of-life impact — but effective treatments remain limited. Adalimumab (Humira) was the first approved biologic, and secukinumab (Cosentyx) followed. Incyte's four-program strategy
