All data comes directly from ClinicalTrials.gov via their official API (v2). We do not scrape, modify, or interpret the data — we filter, detect changes, and deliver it through our dashboard and email alerts. How often is ClinicalTrials.gov updated?
Sponsors are required to update their studies within 30 days of any significant change. New trials are posted continuously. Our pipeline runs every morning and captures anything posted or updated in the preceding 24 hours.
What is change detection?
DataLookout takes daily snapshots of every trial and compares them field by field.
