About the Regeneron clinical program

Regeneron builds antibody medicines. Its discovery platform has produced approved drugs in immunology, oncology, and eye disease.

Immunology. Dupixent (dupilumab), co-developed with Sanofi, is approved for atopic dermatitis, asthma, COPD, eosinophilic esophagitis, and prurigo nodularis, among other indications. Trials continue in further diseases driven by the same IL-4 and IL-13 pathway.

Oncology. Libtayo (cemiplimab) is an approved PD-1 checkpoint inhibitor for cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma, basal cell carcinoma, and non-small cell lung cancer. A bispecific antibody program, led by odronextamab (CD20xCD3), runs multiple trials in blood cancers.

Ophthalmology. Eylea and Eylea HD (aflibercept) are approved for wet age-related macular degeneration, diabetic macular edema, diabetic retinopathy, and retinal vein occlusion.

Why monitor Regeneron's clinical trial activity

Regeneron's Dupixent expansion trials, targeting further IL-4/IL-13-driven indications such as chronic rhinosinusitis variants and pediatric populations, generate a steady flow of new registrations. The bispecific antibody program in hematology (odronextamab and successors) is one lymphoma-focused BD teams watch closely.

DataLookout monitors ClinicalTrials.gov daily and surfaces changes to Regeneron's registered studies: new trial registrations, status transitions (for example "Not yet recruiting" to "Recruiting"), site additions, and protocol amendments. This is the intelligence layer that bridges the gap between quarterly investor calls and day-to-day pipeline developments.
